As an Air Force veteran that was born and raised in South Carolina, I always extended my efforts with nothing but hospitality. Throughout my active-duty days, countless opportunities were presented my way to help change lives - and I accepted every calling by doing just that.  With being assigned several roles and havingmultiple duties, being assigned as a physical training leader was by far the most rewarding for me.  Changing lives for the better and helping others comes as a second nature, and it only made sense to put forth my blessings to aid others.

  My style of fitness consists of HIIT (high intensity), bodyweight training, and cardio.  Having these combinations helps to improve your cardiovascular health while strengthening/toning. The forever goal is still transform others into healthier versions of themselves both mentally and physically.

So, a little more about your twerking trainer - I was nominated for the 2022 Omaha Inspire Awards. This award celebrates and recognizes women of leadership and inspiration. I'll be forever grateful, humble, and in awe to know that I have been a blessing to others in the community and in distant areas.

 

P. S. I sponsor two female athletic teams here in Omaha, Ne.  One is an adult soccer team named "Galaxy," and the other is a youth basketball team named "Omaha Magic."   #womenempowerment
