What do your recommend to anyone seeking a lifestyle change?

Consistency and accountability...especially on the weekends because that's when many of us loose it and get off track. 

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

1) I belong to you. 2). Your sessions are private and confidential. 3) Faith and trust is always established based on my creativity and being 100% accessibility to each client.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance?

Not at all. Helping others is my calling; therefore, I would not feel satisfied if didn't provide nutritional information... especially knowing it's significantly essential to any lifestyle change.

What type of diet do you recommend?

None. Look at the first three letters in 'diet.' Many mentally kill themselves because they're focusing so much on what they're told not to eat instead of modifying portions, and making simple modifications.
