Cabbage Steaks

Add this simple and yummy dish to your lifestyle! Preheat oven to 350, and slice cabbage as thick as you wish. Blot each side with a paper towel to soak up water. Put avocado or olive oil and steak seasoning on each side. Roast for 30 - 40 min.


P.S. I cut mine about 1/2 an inch, so I roasted for 30. After 25 min, I added chickpeas and mushrooms on top, added a little more olive oil on toppings and dashed a little more steak seasoning. Put back in oven for 5 - 7 minutes and done. 😋
