Another goodie! Season chicken breasts with garlic powder and cajun seasoning (or whatever you prefer) - then saute in avocado or olive oil. Or toss them in the air fryer. Enjoy with toasted sprouted bread, choice of lettuce, 1 sliced boiled egg, sliced cucumbers, and ranch. 😋
P.S. I used a plant based ranch and it was yumm. BUT - when I used it on a salad, I wasn't too thrilled. I'll definitely used it as base for wraps and/or sandwiches.
