Chicken Sandwich of Love

Season thin cut chicken breast with choice of seasoning (I used Montreal Chicken seasoning and paprika), and cook in olive oil. Add smoked gouda cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers. š
P.S. Sprouted grain bread is lower in carbs and calories and has less of an impact on blood sugar compared to other types of bread. Aids to toning, and weight loss. Sprouted bread can be purchased at just about any of your local grocery store.
