I sauteed some mushrooms, red onions, red peppers (seasoned with garlic powder and paprika) in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Next, I added leftover salmon filets (smash with spatula with sautéing) for about 3 more minutes. Fill Romaine lettuce leaves, and drizzle on chipotle ranch dressing. 😋
