Egg Casserole

You can never go wrong with an egg casserole - especially for meal prepping. Preheat oven to 350, and spray baking dish with oil. Add at least 6 large eggs (I used 3 large eggs and 1 /2 cup of eggs white because I ran out of eggs). I sautéed some diced turkey sausage, red onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and kale - then added it to eggs. I dashed in black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and added shredded cheese. Baked for at least 25 min. Cut into desired size squares, and enjoy. 😋
