Ingredients:
Portobello mushrooms
Shredded carrots
Red onion
Minced garlic
Reduced sodium soy sauce
Worcestershire Sauce
1lbs of ground chicken
Directions:
Sautee veggies and 2 tablespoons of minced garlic in avocado or olive oil for 2 or 3 minutes. Add ground chicken, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of reduced sodium soy sauce. Stir occasionally until meat is fully cooked. Serve on Romaine lettuce leaves and top with Sesame seeds.😋
