Yes. Seriously, I'm not playing. Make this, enjoy this, and close your eyes while you 'mmmmm' as you devour this salad. Feel free add fun with these, and switch it up.
Use mixed greens or Romaine lettuce, roasted corn, jalapeños, canned black beans (reduced sodium), diced chicken (use reduced sodium or keto taco seasoning, or your preferred Mrs. Dash flavor(s), diced avocado, diced red onion, top with hot cheetos (regular or baked - 3/4 cup), and top with avocado ranch dressing, or Southwestern dressing.
P.S. I sauteed the diced chicken (2 chicken breasts to make 2 servings) in olive oil, and added 1 small 6oz or 7oz can of sweet or roasted corn (drained), and 1/2 can of black beans (drained) to the chicken and sautee together. I added the reduced sodium taco seasoning and mixed. 😋
Enjoy it also without chicken for a plant based meal, and add more beans and corn.
