One of my go to meals for meal prepping are protein bowls. Protein, carbs, and veggies. I had some leftover quinoa and roasted sweet potatoes, and decided to saute some kale and steak (seasoned with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and garlic and herb seasoning). 😋
