Sauteed Salmon w/ Butternut Squash

You ever have a moment of accidentally making something yummy? Well, I did and it was delish. I sauteed some chopped butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, bak choy, jarred jalapeno peppers and salmon filets in olive oil. 😋


P.S. I seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.


P.S.S I sauteed the butternut squash for about 5 min and covered with a lid for 1 min -ish because of the firmness. Then I added everything else and used spatula to chop salmon while stirring & sautéing.
