Nuts are a great source of fiber, protein, vitamin E, and a great source of zinc and iron (to name a few - please read the link I've attached). It's easy to get carried away when consuming; therefore, I recommend to purchase them in 100 calories packs, and/or transfer them into zip loc snack bags when purchasing in bulk.
P.S. Selenium is necessary for healthy thyroid function.
P.S.S. Seeds have similar benefits as nuts.
