Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Add this to your lifestyle! Preheat oven to 400, and chop both end of squash. Slice down the middle, and scoop out insides - base with choice of oil (olive oil or avocado oil are my go - tos), and dash on salt and pepper. Roast for 35 - 40mim. I sautéed some leftover over rotisserie chicken with spinach, and diced red onion for about 5 min, and filled both halves. Sprinkled on parmesan cheese, and place back in the oven until melted. 😋
