Tropical Fruit Yogurt Protein Shake

Writer's picture: shapeyourpathfitnessshapeyourpathfitness

Grab your choice of non-dairy milk, vanilla protein powder (I used collagen protein for this shake) fresh raspberries (frozen is great as well), 1 cup of tropical punch Greek Yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (almond butter is great also). Blend and enjoy! 😋

If you're not a fan of yogurt, this is an amazing and yummy concept to consume the benefits of the product.

P.S. Yogurt has been one of the most rewarding conveniences when you're on the go. Literally, grab it and go to help get your day started, and it's also great for mid-day and nighttime snack. The benefits of yogurt is that it helps to promote gut health, contains protein, probiotics which helps to improve your immune system, and over 40% of calcium (mineral that improves teeth and bones) in just 1 cup. There's so much out there, and these brands below are my go-tos and recommendations. Have fun with these, add them to your smoothies, protein shakes, add granola, chia seeds, nuts, fruit etc. ***add granola and/or fruit of choice***

Stonyfield (organic greek)
